How to book

How can I verify that Wiki Tours is a licensed agency?

Our travel agency licence is number ODV-25012, issued by the Ministry of Tourism. It is displayed at our Casablanca agency on Boulevard Abdelmoumen, and can be verified with the Ministry. You are also welcome to visit us in person before any booking.

How does booking work?

You send a request through the website form or on WhatsApp, with no online payment. Our team calls you back promptly to confirm the details — departure dates, tier and room type, documents to provide — then the booking is finalised with a contract signed at the Casablanca agency, with an official receipt.

Is payment made online?

No. No payment is requested on this website: your reservation is a request, not a purchase, and you are never asked for a bank card online. Payment is made directly at the Casablanca agency when the contract is signed, with an official receipt for every amount paid.

Which documents are needed for Umrah?

A passport valid at least 6 months after the return date, plus recent identity photos. Our team handles the whole Umrah visa process through official channels and sends you the full list of documents to provide when your booking is confirmed, by phone or WhatsApp, so nothing is missed.
